Moving Your CD
Player
- Remove all CDs from your player before packing.
- If you don't have the owner's manual, draw a diagram
of the wiring before disconnection.
- If your CD player has a transport screw under the unit,
tighten it before packing.
- Remove any stacker or multi-play cartridges prior to
packing, and wrap them individually.
- Close CD trays.
- If you have the original box your CD player came in,
pack it back in that box. If not, use a box large enough
to hold
the unit and enough packing material to fill the excess
room in the box so that the player will not move around.
Avoid
using newspaper.
- If you have a remote control, wrap it separately and
pack it in the same box, along with all wiring and any
owners
manuals.
